On-the-Job Training Blog: Week 9

 Day 40 (March 31, 2025)

For the fortieth day, starts another week of continuing the OJT. Not much has happened for the day but we still continued in updating the CMS. For this day we adjusted some of the sections in the Division Pages which are the RDMD, PKMD, IPMD, EMD and the centers. Instead of creating about us pages for each of the sub-divisions we just thought of adding it into to the main division pages so that it be easily seen and navigated since it is just an About Us section. Since the next day after this is a holiday, the OJT will resume on Wednesday.

 

Day 41 (April 2, 2025)

For the forty-first day, we continued in adding content in the CMS. But for this day we worked from home and continued our tasks. There was a memo from the previous day that we will have to work from home since there will be a power outage for the whole work day. In order for us to easily communicate with our fellow mentees in this day, we just hopped on our Discord and did a voice call. Also, if we want to chat with the CSSP we just chat them using Facebook Messenger. For this day we just added content into the CMS and just waited for the CSSP students for the content that they have made.

 

Day 42 (April 4, 2025)

For the forty-second day, we continued in the adding content in the CMS using WordPress. Now it is Friday since there is another holiday on the previous day but even with this, there were no work from. We adjusted in another part from the CMS which is the Historical Background. The CSSP students told us that the Historical Background for all the Divisions are the same, so what we did is to put a dedicated section for it into the Homepage. As usual we also added content into the after the CSSP students gave it to us. Also, during the afternoon, we helped the staff do some heavy lifting by carrying metal shelves as well as move around some papers. With that we got pizza after helping with the lifting
